Me parece que por fin se esta llegan a un acuerdo Bipartidista y que tiene muchas cosas en común . Ojala la ley sea lo más inclusiva posible y más para aquelas personas que ya deberían considerarse ciudadanos .

You've got absolutely right. The important thing is to take action and let people know that having a gun can not be a normal act, remove culturally this idea and stop preaching violence and change by a rule of law where laws must be prepared to protect the own safety to these legal gaps.
