so i was happy and called sony back with the price all broke down like they requested and told them were i don't have a tv right now which is killing me lol and they put me on hold which is sometime long periods and horrible music putting me to sleep were i drive for a living not good :) ok the tech finally came back said we can't help you with the repair!! and i said wtf did i just jump through hoops for nothing they said they offer me 52inch for like 1,300 dollars + tax which i insisted that i had to have atleast equal or bigger tv for me to be satisfied so the lady promised she call me "Fran" the next moring by 10am est so i waited patientley well that never happened i had to call back the same day around 5pm 7 hours late "FBS" i called back and talked to a guy for the first time the rest were women so he told me that all he could offer me the 52" and i told him i was waiting all day for a call from a lady named Fran and he told me he couldn't let me talk to her or anything which then i got pissed and told him this is BS and you know it im not settling for less and especially for a deal that isn't a deal now cause walmart sears bestbuy all were like 100 dollars from the big deal sony was offering i said i just paid 50 dollars for them to look at my tv already and i had to get someones truck to get it there $$ i said i really want my Sony KDF-60WF655 fixed which was like $900 dollars total and i want some help im aware of all the problems my model along with other are having and the class action lawsuits against them and of course with this problem the OB it was a defective part from the beginning and they knew about it and now they are in a shit storm over it of course they will act all cool about it they don't even like it even happened so carlos told me then i had to speak to a higher department so i did and then they right off the bat told me well i can offer you now to cover half of ya repair bill which i said well i take that better then paying 1,300+tax for a smaller 52" that wasn't a deal after all i recommend everyone to do the research on it of course i told them if i had to get a new tv i wanted the New Sony Bravia W Series 65" of course i didn't expect it for free duh lol but i wanted credit towards it which they didn't want to do so for now i lucked out again the guy from sony called the repair shop and now Sony decided to cover the Optical Block and me to just pay for Labor $225-$50 i already paid for them to look at it which goes toward ya bill if you decide to get it fixed so now im waiting on the New OB from Sony to get to repair shop and hopefully get it withing the new few days i can't wait i love this Sony especially paying right at $4 thousand dollars for little over 3 years of service is a bunch of crap it was a investment so i told them that so for now ill be waiting on when i get it back and ill post a update on when i get it back asap ok thanks everyone for listening if anyone needs any help feel free to email me ill help with whatever i can :)</p>
