We are selling 135 Henry St, Apt 5 so went to go and take a look at unit 3 119 henry thats just gone on the market to price compare etc, great renovation..... but almost 4 years.....thats crazy

Would be nice if management bought one of those industrial vacuums to sweep up the dust.

Ive been a long term customer (way before this construction started) but in all the garages ive ever used in my life....this one is the dustiest. Management seem oblivious that garages need cleaning...... (and no.....its not a cheap place to park either).

Nonsense. Yes its big compared to the 2 story timber house BUT its the same height as the brick brownstone house on the right of the new development.

Its only the timber house thats out of "size" with the neighbours.

Hmmm If you are going to do a list like this you need to post the percentage of the entire share float - these numbers are meaningless.

Makes me worry about the rest of the content......

BTW if you want to see a crazy short - check out $WPG 30%+ of the count is now short (and wrong btw-eg im long WPG and think its a $6 stock).

Went from 55m short to 60m short as of the FINRA Sept A announcement.

Any politician who says they lost the election because of the media or advertising deserves to lose.

You only have to look at AOC and Trump on how they get their message out to realise that people truly can be reached if you have something decent to say.

Personally i think neither party had anything innovative to offer this election and thats why people voted for the stability of the existing incumbents.....but thats just my opinion....and everyone has an asshole as well.

Basically Labor lost/ the LNP didnt win it, until Labor realises their mistake.....will happen again.

As for blaming people rejecting labors plans for holding onto Dividend Imputations......uhm yep because paying tax WHICH WAS NEVER OWED IN THE FIRST place is dumb.

Its would be like saying.....so sad you are owed a tax refund this year....you should have planned better.....we'll hold on to it until next year and you can have it back then (unless of course.....the ATO owes you a tax refund that year as well.....thanks for being a good aussie).

This said.....democracy won eg everyone voted, we all got our Democracy Sausages, no one died at the end of a bullet/bomb, and thats a great thing and something to be thankful for

Hopefully he will get behind the plan to tunnel the 6 lane highway and turn the existing BQE into a money spinning parking lot/sloped garden as proposed because these parking spaces at $500pm will pay for the development upgrade.

Agree, we live in a small 6 apartment coop in Brooklyn Heights.
Our apartments coop fee is currently $2160 per month.
Last year our tax component was 53% of the coops annual budget, the other 47% paid all the buildings expenses (elec/heat/water/super/insurances etc).
This means our city taxes are over $1200 a month or $300 a week......that's crazy.

Why not do a water tunnel?

You could route it to follow along the end of the piers and come back once past the promenade etc.

(Google how they did the Sydney harbor tunnel, you don't actually "tunnel" you just sink open pipes to the harbour floor, join them together then pump the water out either end)
