It was very enjoyable. probably not good enough to make the fan boys happy, but it was a fun time. It was good enough that i want a sequel with Deadshot and Boomerang returning. I guess harley too if they can find a reason.

I can see how have them do a crossover would be hard. But it would NOT be hard for the MCU to at least reference the Netflix shows. IN Civil War Thunderbolt Ross could have easily mentioned that there were copycat super heroes springing up in New York, "Like this Devil of Hell's Kitchen, or that wack job Punisher who went on trial. We need to reign in control of people like them" Small easy mention. Wouldn't have been hard.

No. Just No. Spider-man probably isn't even in my top 50 of characters i want to see team-up with Deadpool. And there are probably just as many other characters people would want to see team-up with Spider-man first.
The 2 didn't really "team-up" that often until this most recent Joe Kelly run that start in 2016. That's 30 years of DP history and 65 years of spidy history where they had many more team-up with other characters. And the few times they did team-up before this run, all they did was talk trash to each other. The Tumblr memes don't seem to grasp the real reactions the characters have with each other. AND THAT'S APPARENTLY where this author did her research. <sarcastic> Good job Sabina.
I bet this studio talk is all just a way to get Marvel to the table on negotiating away Fant4stic, in exchange for cross over chances.

The description of the scene with Tony Stark and Aunt May kind reminds me of the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon. Now i don't about the rest of you, but i think that series is awesome. It had a really cool take on it. Sure it's not the traditional spider-man, but secret shield again hero in training teen/team sound much cooler then the same old, "Parker is in high school and can't fit in" angst BS. Probably shooting in the dark on this, but i think it would be cool.
