I have actually done by the use of right tooling for audit/regulatory compliance, built platforms for shared learning to radiate across many functions, partner up with both IT and the business and change the conversation from becoming agile to what problems do we need to collectively solve and where can agile help. Move it from becoming agile to solving problems.

Re: One and Done?

Thank you for your kind words. The vertical slicing approach is something that I found very valuable. Although I don't have any direct references to give you… My approach may have been influenced by Jason Little's lean change work. Hope this helps?

Re: The first 20!

Awesome dude!

Re: Couch to 5k – Week 2

Keep it up dude...remember, "Man In Motion"

Re: Couch to 5K

Awesome job Ed. I share your experience. Last thanksgiving I stepped on the scale and it almost hit 190! I was like, "Damn the scale must be off"...the problem was I could not get 'off' my butt. I quit eating doritos nightly, ditched the diet pop, and started riding my bike and doing abs. I'm at a plateu at 145-150...but I'm happy just being fit.

Keep it up buddy...I'm rooting for you.
