Trust me, it is easier to do this through javascript than server-side with C#.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You won't get a whole list of posts if you say, create a new post, but you do get the new post back in the reply, so you can just inject that into your HTML.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It appears that there is a new API (1.1).
