But, once people see the benefits firsthand, they are usually very eager to start or participate in a telework program. I'm seeing that with my day job - more people have started working remotely in the last few months than did all of last year. If more employers (which includes the self-employed) allowed for flexible schedules, people would be able to manage the results of their time better. So much unhappiness comes from squeezing in your life before and after work, or giving up what you love because the squeeze won't work.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks for commenting. I don't feel like I am in work mode and able to be productive until I've gotten properly dressed - cargo shorts, t-shirt and barefoot.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The only times I need to worry about my appearance is a video conference, in which case I shave.
