That is until you give Sports Yoga a try.

We've designed our yoga classes to help awaken the athlete within by eliminating the chanting, mediation, or any of that spiritual stuff. We're focused on getting you results, whether it be helping you to lose weight, eliminating some of those "next day pains," reducing your stress, or helping to improving your lifestyle so you can live the lifestyle you've always wanted.

Re: Could You Help Me With a Project

watched it. great job.

Re: Could You Help Me With a Project

Watched it. In a short here's what I use to explain your website, twitter, facebook, & linkedin.

The website is your driver as this is your most powerful club. With great content your website can take you a long way.

Twitter is like my pitching wedge. I'm a terrible golfer and on almost every hole I use my pitching wedge to get onto green. Like the pitching wedge I use twitter a lot to engage in conversations with people. Chipping the ball onto the green is like engaging with people online. It gets me closer the the hole, or in this sense it connects me closer to people.

Facebook is my putter, I also use this all the time. This is where all my friends are and this is where we have longer more personal conversations. Think of the green as Facebook itself. They're already on the green and now I just have to sink the putt. Sinking the putt is like having that personal relationship.

LinkedIn for me, would be my 4 iron. I have it in my bag but I rarely use it.

I wish I could explain it as short as you but I think I need to polish up on my analogies.

Re: Advertising to Gen Y on Social Networks

Your first paragraph hit the nail right smack dab in the middle.

Re: The Business of Social Media

Scott, you hit the nail right on the head about interacting with people on social networks. When I meet with business owners in Hawaii I get asked "How do I advertise my company, blog, services, etc. on the various social networks and I tell them it's not about advertising. It's about interacting and building relationships with the people who are on those sites.

As a "Gen Y'er" I get turned off when companies start using traditional mass media advertising tactics on the social networks I'm on. I want to interact with brands and feel some type of ownership.
