Mr Washington, I am guessing your a person of colour. That’s strictly guessing by your name. What you failed to realise is that the NFL team owners voted to adopt this new rule. If the owners cared about there employees which they do not then they would not have voted in such a horrible policy. If you are of African decent, then you failed to realise what this country had afforded your family over the generations that they left everything behind to come to the United States.
