Italy and Canada have one thing in common, there are no double jeopardy laws. A person can be retried even though they have been found not guilty. And for those saying "the family is looking for someone to blame", all I can say is, they are looking for justice. In their heart of hearts, they believe these two are guilty. After reading all I have on this case (not mere snippets in the news) I am almost convinced they were involved in this death.

OMG enough already, this was never about race! BUT if you were to make it about skin color, Blacks killing Blacks are at an all time high. The bureau of statistics said on average there are 7000 of these murders every year. Want to protest? The NAACP should make this their main agenda.
