Marijuana is not a drug. Marijuana is classified by the government as a drug but in fact is a natural grown herb. I am not in favor of legalizing this herb because that gives the government the ability to tax and control it. I am in favor of decriminalizing it and take it back to it's former state. When Washington, Jefferson, Madison and others grew marijuana it was not legal or illegal. Just like lettuce, tomatoes and jimsonweed are not legal or illegal. They are just something that is here and grows naturally out of the ground. Jimsonweed grows wild all over Alabama and the tea can give a person a mind blowing high. Few people know about jimsonweed because the government has never outlawed it. If the government wants to promote jimsonweed they should outlaw it the way they did marijuana. Then they could spend billions of dollars buying helicopters and surveillance equipment and building new jails and prisons. We need to put a stop to this madness. Drug Prohibition is destroying this country. It is much more destructive than the alcohol prohibition was from 1920 until 1934.

To Rev Hank, I always thought you were an intelligent man with a long vision who could reason logically. Apparently I misread you. First of all you say that we need to increase taxes or transfer money from a deserving program to enforce the police state that we are headed for.I see that you say that it cost money to protect the public from themselves. Please tell us how much of a tax increase you would like to see for yourself in order to protect you from you.

You are exactly right sir about the Bill of Rights not saying that we have a right to drive a car but there is nothing in the Bill of Rights that says that we have a right to ride or drive a bicycle either.

You say to make all DUI's Class C felonies involving moral turpitude. Moral turpitude sounds like an oxymoron to me. Maybe you can explain this one to us. You say that that would reduce DUI convictions. You may have a point sir. If we made speeding or easing through a stop sign a Class C felony we would reduce the number of people committing those infractions. The way those would be reduced is that the people would be in jail instead of driving.

I remember the study about the cell phone use while driving being as dangerous as driving under the influence of whatever. By the way, driving under the influence does not necessarily mean alcohol. Leave those valiums and other prescription drugs at home.

Let's do a little logical reasoning sir. I heard a news report yesterday that said that a study had been done that concluded that eating while driving was just as dangerous as talking on a cell phone while while driving. You have already pointed out the study that said that talking on the cell phone is as dangerous as driving under the influence of whatever. Logical reasoning would tell you that eating french fries while driving is just as dangerous as driving under the influence of alcohol or government approved drugs. Maybe we should demand that the police be stationed outside McDonald's drive thru to follow people when they leave to see if the driver is eating.

You say that anyone who drives without a valid drivers license should spend a year in jail. I have personally known people who were not aware of their license being expired and continued to drive. Maybe they should have to spend a year in jail. I also know people who have unknowingly let their insurance expire because of lack of payment. Maybe these people should have their cars stolen by the government.

If seeing a cross on the side of the road offends you, then just don't look at it, especially if you are the one driving. This is something known as distractive driving and is considered illegal in some states.

This is about all I have to say to you Hank except for one other thing. How can you refer to yourself as reverend. You are no more of a reverend than I am.

What in the world must be wrong with you goons? You are all emotional about a news paper's description of the condition of the so called "puppy mill". Can anybody out there give me a legal description of a puppy mill? If dogs are being breed to sell then it would stand to reason that any place that breed them for that purpose could be described as a puppy mill. It make no difference whether the mill has 20 dogs or 200 dogs. If not for these so called puppy mills where would Miss Asterbilt get her french poodle? I can bet that there are many owners of animals who have them living in much worse conditions with no chance of being sold before they are dead. Can anybody out there say "HOG"?

To Miss1090..... Please read what I have to say Miss1090. I am not condoning the mistreatment of any animal. That includes dogs, cats, goats, hogs, chickens or any other domestic animal. All I am saying is that the media can demonize people by hanging a label on them or on the business that they are in. So far I have heard nothing about these people killing any of the animals because they were in such bad shape that they could not be sold. Face the facts, a dog with no hair can not even be given away. Please get off it until you learn all the facts.

To miss1090, Listen to me woman! You must be out of your skull. I don't know about your ancestry but I had ancestors who fought, bleed and died to protect our Constitution. We have a Bill Of Rights in this country. It is not a Bill of Privileges. Among The Bill of rights is the fourth amendment. You have probably never heard of it or don't know how it reads. Check it out and you may be surprised to learn that "The You Know who" can not enter your house without your permission or a search warrant describing the place to be searched and the person or items to be seized. It sounds to me like they could ask you if they could search your underwear and it would be alright with you. Wake up woman! Use you rights or loose your rights.

They don't all have air conditioners and the air doesn't smell just right". There is no doubt that many, perhaps most of these Innocent animals that you pretend to be so concerned about will be killed. I wish the dogs could voice there choice. Fifty one counts simply means that some over zealous policeman has charged her of the same offense 51 times involving the same case. The woman is not guilty of anything until and unless the court decides that she is guilty. If we left it up to people like you to run the country we would run out of rope. Can you say HANGING TREE?

Lisa! Lisa! Lisa!....Please. I know that you are an intelligent woman by reading your post. I have been told that you are also very attractive. However you do need to think about what you are saying before saying it. Because I am not a woman I have little right to comment on abortion. I can say that you have a right to take a stand against anything you want to whether it is legal or not. You seem to be down on this lady who still owns these dogs even though she doesn't have custody now. Please keep your cool and Wait until she has her day in court before condemning her. She needs to be tried in court and not in the media or comment rooms like we are using now. Please be patient and you will get your change to either agree with the court's decision or to pile on with miss1090.

To miss 1090, I am not exactly sure why I am obsessed with panties. All I can say is that I am a man. I am sorry about you having a tumor on your foot and no I didn't know about it. If I knew more about it I might be able to recommend an herbal cure. you have a right under our First Amendment to post your opinions just the same as the rest of us as long as the moderator allows you on his forum. I am honestly saying that I could not hear those dogs barking. And yes the siren has made me partially deaf. That is the reason I am trying to get it moved. I do care about dogs. I own a dog and there's no way I could start a riot if I wanted to. As far as manhandling you, I wouldn't want to manhandle you. Even though I have never seen you I understand that you are quite hefty.

Just cool off Mr tsh1988, I appreciate the fact that Sharon had a faithful companion that saved her life. If I ever find myself in the same circumstance I pray that I would be so fortunate. I love dogs as much as anyone on this earth. I have a little bob tailed fice that I love and there is not enough money in the world to cause me to give him up.

As far as me being a lonely old man, I am a little older than you but I am anything but lonely. As far as these people going out for a drive and just picking up dogs, how can that be justified? What if they pick up a dog that belongs to somebody? I don't know Sharon but she has probably done a lot of good things in her life. Most people have.

I agree with you that this comment line is to discuss the subject of the alleged puppy mill on cemetery mt road. No I did not know that the people were raising dogs so don't tell ME what I know. I will tell YOU what I know. You just tell me what you know. I never heard of the place until I read about it in the paper. Well, I'm glad to hear that you don't want the woman crucified. The point that I have been trying to get across to Sharon and others is that this woman is innocent. The earliest date that she may be guilty is the day she goes to court. Sharon and people like give'emhellAL act like a vigilante group not being patient enough to wait until all the facts come out.

I'm not so sure that me or anyone else low rated Sharon. Yes, Sharon was criticized, I was criticized and many others were criticized. What goes around comes around. That is the way life is. I can say to you and Sharon and anybody else reading this to be patient and let the lady have her day in court. Remember at this point she is an Innocent person. There is no need to continue trashing her.

To destry_brown, You seem to be puzzled by what Darryl is saying. The entire would is going 90 MPH down a dead end street. People who take the swine flu vaccine will get sick and some if not most will die. That in itself would be enough for the government to declare Marshall law but there will most likely be a forth attack on us bigger than 911. Waco was the first followed by Oklahoma City and then Manhattan, each one larger than the one before. When we have Marshall law and the economy is complete destroyed and people are starving the government will come to your rescue and take you to a FEMA camp where the diseases will be spread to finish you off. To miss 1090, Please calm down Sharon. The sky is not falling. You may think that Darryl and me are just spreading fear. That is not our purpose. We are trying to inform people of the things that lie ahead for the world. Some people can see over the hill and around the curve and some can't. Obliviously you fall in the latter group. The Bible tells us about the future and to be prepared. The Bible is not there to spread fear and neither are we. We are simply asking people to recognize the present day circumstances and the obvious and prepare for the future. I hope that you visit the sites that Darryl and I sent to the readers.

On another matter, I do not know Regina and neither does Darryl. We are all individuals with individual thoughts and opinions. You may see the day that one of us agree with you. Be open minded. People do not disagree with you because you are you. They disagree with you because of you opinions.
