I've tweaked my knee or something by doing the jumping jacks i think.  It's not actually my knee but just below it.  On the outside part  on the bone that sticks out.  It hurts to walk stairs and all that fun stuff.  At first i thought it was muscle soreness but not i'm thinking it's not.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As much as i love to shred, i need to focus on training for my 5 mile in july.
