The difference being is that none of those other things is mandated by law for you to stop.

I was including the "All Red" period in this estimate, which is necessary for intersection clearance. But I still don't see any indication of yellow lights as short as half a second. My source: http://www.clarksvilleonlin... Please cite yours.
