We're now in another loft on Lafayette and Broome. I reckon you can drop by the fifth floor anyway to say hi to the current creative people who are occupying that space!

Re: Iridesco Watercooler - 224 Centre Street, New York, NY 10013
We work on...

The building is not in the best shape, nor is it by any means shabby. What you'll find here is a lot of the loft spaces have been renovated and are currently occupied by small businesses (design studios, architects, and web people like us).

We're up on the third floor and we share one of these loft spaces with a few other businesses. The building is serving commercial needs only, so as far as I know there are no residential units left (so no condo nor co-op). If you wish to drop by the third floor for a look-see, you're welcome to do so, just get in touch with us first. We'd like to hear more about printing propaganda-ish booklets and other bits about what life was like here back then.

Re: Quality over quantity

Agreed, Bryan. Everyone on our team takes a few minutes each day to to map our plans in Co-op so we know what we're aiming to accomplish for the day, and for the week.

As for Disqus, it isn't the ideal way to handle comments for us, but we chose to go with it as a way to *quick* get a commenting system up and running. Being a small team, we carefully pick and choose where to spend our time and energy, and for now a better commenting solution hasn't been the most important thing yet. :) Thanks for bearing with the quirks for now!

Re: Iridesco Watercooler - Happy new year!

Thanks for the tip, David.
