Got it working. Found a thread on StackExchange which mentioned having to do this:

Refresh the shipping caches: (required)
In a shipping zone settings, disable / save any shipping method, then enable back / save.

There's an alternative suggestion which I haven't tried;
WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear customer sessions

The snippet doesn't seem to be working for me - WC 4.1+

Tested on 2020 theme, but still both shipping methods and showing. Hmm..

SP won't re-optimize an image if it's optimized size is smaller than what SP can do. So if the image is larger than the set dimension in the settings, it won't get resized because SP detects that its filesize has already been optimized.

Unless the plugin has changed recently to allow this, it would be new to me.

I'm still a little confused here.. Say I'm subscribed to the Personal Backup plan. If I removed X file from my computer, will X file be removed from my Backblaze backup too?

If Yes, does this mean that if I wanted X file to remain on Backblaze even after I deleted from my computer, then I would need to use B2 Cloud storage?

Thank you for the response. I noticed if I closed the icon window after it tries to run and not finished, it'll still be counted as 1 too.

Failed searches are also counted (T_T) Meaning, if there's no data - it counts as 1 search.

I was pretty excited to read this and after reading through the comments, its got me thinking deeper..

There are many such articles and infographics created around this topic to justify the cost involved behind a web project. It does work, sometimes. Due to factors such as region, country, economic status, supply, demand, awareness and individuals, to name a few.

The infographic would've communicated better if say, it was average rates from Codeable, or average rates from the US. But not the entire world. Maybe on Earth-2. :P

The one thing if I may add. When I read about the scenario that RWD should cater to the 3 scenario examples, I was thinking to myself, how do you accomplish 2 and 3? These are very geolocation-centric, otherwise how can you tell when the user is in-store and when they left the physical store to serve them specific content. Or, did you mean to say based on the goals, we pick one which fits best into the customers path we're targeting?

Adaptive design sounds like the future. It'll be more than just visible-xs etc.

As for how RWD is failing in UX, I suppose you're right to say it's not being implemented successfully when the end results is to only squeeze all the desktop contend into the mobile.

Hey Bard, paymens I've made so far were acknowledged via SMS from TM within 1 week, and there have been times where I received the notification over the weekend too.

I wouldn't comment much on their OCC because after I got my account registration changed over, their OCC hasn't been functioning well for me.
