Cap Table should be clean... ideally 1-2 co-founder. MRR per employee in the beginning will be low, and gets higher over time. Also, if you're boostrapped of funded it changes things.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For boostrappers, I like to keep it at $10K MRR per employee... but again, all depends how aggressive they want to grow.
