I posted a few videos from Kaitlin Jones & the County Fair @ Road House and Todd McBride and the County Fair @ Road House and Son Volt @ the 40 Watt last night.

Kaitlin Jones was fantastic, as usual. Tood McBride sounded better than I've ever heard him backed by Kaitlin and her band. He was having a freaking blast up there. Son Volt was good but I left before the end of the show because I'm still trying to kick this cold.
The videos aren't great but you can hear the music.

Come out to Little Kings at 9:00 tonight and join us for Timi Conley's CD Release Party. No charge for some live music and fun.
Go to your favorite happy hour bar for a while then come to Little Kings till 11:00 then go out to see your favorite band.

Little Kings from 9-11. If you've never seen or heard Timi play solo this is a great opportunity to do so without spending any cash.

Here's what Juan Villaveces said about the show "You can expect a good time and interesting music [at this show]," Villaveces said. "You can see how sounds are shaped and mixed and how music is made and created out of nothing. Since it's improvisation, there is a level of excitement of what is possible."

By the way Neal Cannup won't be there, his wife had a baby this week.
It's going to be Ryan Hetrick, Mark Cunningham and Juan Villaveces and other special guests.

John Bell spoke (and played) at the UGA Chapel on North Campus yesterday.
It was for the UGA Music Business Program's First Day of School.
He sang two songs (I don't know the name of either of them).

I saw that someone mentioned a fight at the 40 Watt on Facebook. I've been to 1000s of shows in Athens and I've never seen a fight (on stage). And the only ones I've seen at all are drunk idiots in the crowd. And not many of those either.
