No you got it wrong. Twitter doesn't need to come up with their kind of JQuery. Why if there's an product like that. If JQuery has an bug twitter team can fix it without re-implementing. It's waste of time. Re-Implementing a functionality is OK. But just copying is wasteful.

If we think implementing everything, Twitter shoud implement their own IDE's, Programming Languages, and OS's tooo

Thanks for the information. Origin policy is basically to prevent attacks happens in the browser (protect users from browser attacks)

Why S3, not github?
Are you using some jekyll plugins which does not supported by github.
AFSAIK github offers A RECORD DNS mapping. So we can live use email and others.

Try to give it a chance. Git push will be cooler than S3 push :)
(sometimes its too annoying since, there are tons of notification at github from the page build bot)
