I spoke with the manager and she was going to call the company, but ended up just giving me a kroger gift card for the value of the catalinas. Also, when I got home I noticed that 2 Shortcuts coupons did not come off the receipt. I sent them and e-mail and the next day they replied and they have put the amount of the coupons back on my kroger card and it is supposed to come off the next time I shop.
