Well I definitely agree with you there. Numbers don't lie. I've got a ton of posts on that topic. Regarding keeping strength. How do you maintain the strength when you're cutting? How long does your cutting cycle lasts? How do you know when to stop building and start cutting? Also, how are you measuring your fat?

I'm using a Tanita scale to measure fat. My friend uses fat calipers. Based upon the calipers I'm well below 7% fat. Based upon the scale, I'm about 12% fat. I stopped cutting when I felt I was going to drop under the 140lbs. mark. I'm 5'9" and small/medium frame. I was 130lbs. for 4 years of high school. I came down from a 174lbs. max weight about 4 years ago. Pound for pound I'm stronger than I was when I was 174lbs. but I am about 10% weaker (I'm also 20% lighter). How do you know how many calories you need to maintain weight? I use a pretty complicated calculator that I'm constantly adjusting to figure that out. It still isn't perfect...

Anyway, it's great to have this conversation with you because I have lots of questions...

Wow, ,10500-12000 is pretty low... that's a huge deficit though... I'm sure you need something like 15000 just to maintain your weight.

On the bright side I think I was either underestimating my exercise or overestimating my caloric intake. I definitely lost weight from June to September.

I'd probably do it through photoshop if I wanted to but they are pretty luminescent so I usually leave the pictures of the birds as is...

I've seen various responses to the "mixing" argument... while it would seem to make sense, I've also read that it doesn't really happen. I suppose if you have the luxury to have multiple large humidors that this would be fine, but otherwise it'd be okay to store multiple types of cigars together in the same humidor.

LMAO! Yes they do stop serving Egg Mcmuffins at 10:30am... but it doesn't mean you can't buy one before and eat it later. I regularly buy 2 and save one for the next day.

I counted 28 people from the van.

First of all it's a van. Secondly the video is shot via a helicopter. Pretty expensive and difficult to hoax. Thirdly it is a van... so i could potentially fit a LOT of people in there right? :)

I found it pretty incredible and hilarious though...

That's exactly what it was like! The eerie silence of it was really scary/haunting. I guess I'll look up incubus attack but that's a pretty accurate description. I am still shocked that so many people also have had these experiences.

Unfortunately I don't have the rumbling experiences often but it's still scary to think that I could have an OOBE.

Have you had the "figure standing by your bed" one before? I think I told you about that one once. A dark and formless thing standing by my bed but the feeling I got from it was not one of harm or fear. I think I asked him something like how to go OOBE and he said I was not ready yet and made me wake up.

I should have also mentioned the fear. It's pretty scary when it happens and usually I'm overwhelmed with the fear. I don't know what I'm actually afraid of though... it's more like a sense of impending disaster? Or just being in a pretty messed up place.

Yeah, I just categorized them under "nightmares" too.
