Congressman Miller,

Thank you so much for your excellent leadership on health care reform and on insisting for a public option. Average Americans without lobbyists are counting on you and other level headed Dems to succeed for us.

Please let us know if there is a rally that we can attend here in the East Bay to show our support.

Thank you for your outstanding leadership, George!

Our health care "system" should be a non-profit system. A single payer system seems reasonable to me after listening to many experts, including my 3 doctor daughters and son-in-law, discuss options. If there can be multiple "payers" and still take out the profit motive that unquestionably drives up costs, then please examine those options as well.

I think we should rally your constituents and other Bay Area citizens for this cause and I volunteer to help organize such an event.

* We need universal health care for all Americans and all children. Obama should positively explain why this is ethical and cost effective. Take away the Republican's scare tactics - most people do not believe them anyway.
* Electronic medical records will save money, allow for accurate information to be available to patient and all their docs, and is sustainable.
* Researching and implementing comparative, effective treatments is good medicine and good sense/cents. Urge Obama to explain this clearly to Americans and take away the Republicans distortions.
* Positively explain why good health care for all is not Stalin's and Mao's "socialism." That comes from the greediest people playing on people's ignorance and fears.
