Yes, this umbrella is rainproof. The 9' foot canopy is large enough for many people to sit under, depending on the seating you are using. If you are sitting in something like a chaise lounge, you could fit 2 loungers under the canopy. If in single chairs, up to four.

What you've got is a collar tilt umbrella. Open the umbrella using the crank. On top of the crank housing is a cylindrical piece call the collar. Just turn the collar and the umbrella tilts. Here is a picture

Unfortunately, this umbrella only offers the T-Base which uses paver stones. We are working on bringing in the right base for this model.

Sorry for the confusion! It's actually a champagne colored pole. The lights in the picture make the pole look lighter. Champagne is a neutral color that is great for almost any decor.

Depends on the fabric. If these are Sunbrella fabrics, these watermarks shouldn't be there at all. Olefin and Polyester fabrics might experience this. If Sunbrella fabrics, then contact us and we'd be more than happy to try to help you get replacements.

However, if you're looking for the whole push-button tilt assembly, this isn't readily available. In most cases, a patio shop can repair this assembly, but they have to cannibalize an old umbrella to do this, and these aren't always around. We don't really suggest taking apart an umbrella and trying to fix assemblies like this anyway, as it not as easy at it seems. Contact us and we'll be more than happy to try to help you out.

@BuLLDoser - Plastic bases do have their benefits, and good ones at that. We are working on sourcing the right ones for our products. However, plastic bases just don't have the look or heft of a steel and concrete base. Using a plastic base on a more expensive umbrella doesn't really match.

@Yvonne - These polyester colors are similar to Terra Cotta, but quite not the same. I would say that Brick is a little closer. However, we do have a Terracota available in Sunbrella fabric. Please check out the fabrics available on http://www.cushionsandumbre..., there is a terracota available.

@Denise - Yes, the Offset does lock into place. The wind vents help with wind resistance. However, no umbrella is perfectly wind resistant. A strong wind might cause some movement to any umbrella. That being said, this umbrella has always performed great in slightly windy conditions. We suggest to all of our customers to close their umbrella in a heavy wind.

@mkf -This wicker cushion is 39" until it starts to curve. So it begins at 39" at the front, continue, and begins to taper when curving in.

@Zoniboy - The base for the offset umbrella is a cross or t style base. The patio blocks are placed in the areas between each bracket of the base, to hold the umbrella down.

@D.Perrozzi, the base on the offset is the one in the picture. It is an X style, pavers can be used on two or all sides.
