When my online business started taking off I quite the food service industry but keep my mad knife skills, but never found much use for being able to run 12 saute pans at once. HA!

I never really ate out, I worked in those places so I knew what was going on back there in the kitchen. I was a clean cook, but not everybody has those kind of standards.
If you watched Hells Kitchen in the past last week you saw "seth" who used his towel/cloth to wipe his forehead of sweat and then wipe out a pan before cooking in it. And the towel was pretty nasty to begin with. Ugh!
Yep. That sort of stuff happens all over the world.
I was always in favor of having control over how my food was/is prepared. Still am to this day. There are only 3 other people who I allow to cook for me. They are both family members. Two of them are Mom and her Mom (grandma).

Working from home and loving to work I get were jgoode is coming from. When I start getting testy with code or design work I often take a moment to listen to my stomach and think when was the last time I ate. Eating brings the wold back into focus.

Welcome to the world of Cooking S!
Fish and Veggies mmmm.
Keep it up.
