Jimmy Carter know that Hamas has been recognized as a terrorist group by the US, and everybody knows that the only thing Hamas wants is the destruction of Israel, the political and Hamas should not be in the same sentence, they don't even care about their own people.

Tue, 05 Aug 2014 15:54:40 decade

GazzO you pissed up a lot people that visit this site frequently, you should've name it your 14 favarites movies of the last decade, if you're going to name a movie great, you can't go by what you like, just because you really, really like a movie doesn't make a great movie, if that's the case movies such as, An Empress and the Warriors, Driven to kill, Universal Soldier-The Return, Border Patrol, The Tournament, The Red Canvas (a really, really good movie), dragon Tiger Gate, Blade 2, The Fighter, and the list goes on, these are movies that I really, really like, does that make them great movies, of course not.

When writing a article about great movies no matter the gender, make sure to search reviews online, read the responses below, look at how well the movie did at the theaters or check the sales of the movie ask around online or in person what do people think of the movies and the gender, if you haven't seen a movie (example SPL) make sure you see it before making your list, this are some of the basic step to follow when you posting a article like this, and remember just because you REALLY, REALLY like a movie does not make a great movie.

<dc:creator mentioned The Rebel, Johnny Nguyen gets no respect from the MA fans, that movie is equal or better then SPL, I'm really surprise of every one here the Nguyen family gets no love, they made one of the best MA movie for the past 20 years, if you people haven't seen this movie I highly recomended to every one, this movie gets 4.5 out 5 on my book.

<dc:creator violance
War (Jet Li)
Drunken Monkey (wu jing)
The Restless
The Kumite
The kung fu fighter
House of The Flying Dagger
Kung Fu Hustle
Seven swords (Donnie)
Kill Bill 1 and 2 (just for the hell of it)
Blood and Bone
Black Dynamite (just for the hell of it)
Belly of the Beast (best Steven Seagal MA movie)
Crime Story (J C)
Robin B Hood (J C)
I'll give you some more tomorrow.

<dc:creator the Matrix Reloaded, Equilibrium is a good stand alone movie, but to be considered as a great MA movie maybe one of the best action movies.
Sorry GazzO but you haven't seen that many MA movies on the last decade, here a litle list that you should see if haven't:

Kiss of Dragon (Jet li best movie outside of China)
Flash Point (Donnie 4th best movie)
Zu Warriors from the Magic Mountain (better CGI then Volcano High with real MA fights)
Legendary Assasin (just for the fights only)
Hero (another Jet li graet)
Dynamite warrior (just for the fights)
The Rebel (best MA movie of 06/07)
Chocolate (best female MA movie of the past 20 years)
Ninja (if haven't seen it)
Ninja Assasin (if you havent seen it)
SPL/Kill Zone (com'un)
Azumi 1 and 2 (for female Ninja)
House of Fury
Twins Effect/Vampire Effect
These are just up the top of my head plus 8 of your list, you could have choose any of this movies to replace Volcano High, The Matrix R, DOA, The One and Equilibrium.

<dc:creator ‘Ninja’

Just saw the movie yesterday and it was exatcly what I was expenting, the story is average, good enough not to bore you while you wait or the fighting, which is superb, all real and well done, better than any fighting that had came out of Holliwod on the past 10 year, the down side for me was the lack of ninjas, there's only two ninjas in the entire movie and it will help for Scott to do a little more acting then fighting just show that he can do both, I don't think this movie is going to lauch Scott into an action superstar yet, stil he is the best MA actor we got and I said the best because MJW is not a fulltime MA actor, I don't think Blood and Bone was better due to the fact that it didn't have a back story to the story and there were more fighting in Ninja then in Blood and Bone, lets wait and see what Scott will bring on Undersputed 3, overall I gave the movie a 7 out 10 but it gets a 10 out 10 in the fighting department.

<dc:creator vs. Hu

Just saw the movie over the weekend and it was better then I thought it would be, the scene with Scott Adkins is about 3 or 4 minutes long but it's well woth it, there's also a scene with Kelly Hu fighting a black man that is even better then the Scott Adkins scene, there's also a scene at a strip bar that is rediculuos awsome, the movie is worth a buy for any action fan and by the way Vin Rhames is the man, I give the movie 41/2 out 5, action wise.

Re: REVIEW: Spirited Killer (1994)

I own this movie and its not a bad movie, it has solid MA fights, easy plot to follow and a few interesting characters, the ending fight is pretty good, the only floop of the movie is the cheesy acting and some bad editing, it looks like it was made in the 80s not the 90s. This movie could use a remake with Tony Jaa as the lead character and some good supporting acting, it could be a great movie.

Re: First group shot of ‘The Expendables’

You can also view the promo trailer @ comingsoon.net
If you are a 80s or early 90s action junkey like me this is a movie thanking us for been fans of the action gender, even though is just a promo trailer you can see that the movie is made clearly for the action fans, big ups to Sly for thinking about us, can't wait, movie looks awesome.

Re: APA’s top 10 Jay Chou martial arts moments

I don't remenber a character name Bruce Lee in the Green Hornet, I do remember a character name Kato, which is the character Jay Chou is playing, he's not playing Bruce Lee, yes we would prefer Jet, Donnie or Chow, but lets face it those guys are not going to play sidekick to an untallented comidian like Seth Rogan, which I believed was the reason Chow drooped out. I'm not expecting nothing great but I hope the movie surprise me and lets give Chou a chance he's not a bad actor, just watch Initial D, Curse of the Golden Flower or even Kung Fu Dunk, they are good entertaiment movie that you can easily more the once, you should be more worried about Seth Rogan playing the Green Hornet.

Re: New on home video, August 23-29

It's obvious that Whydoesitmatter doesn't know anything about action, Channing Tatum has done one action movie (G.I. Joe) and it was all CGI, if he is the new Holliwood action hero I done with Holliwood, he can even compare to some of the less know action starr from HK Cinema, Jackey Wu Jing will beat his ass with one hand. Out of all these realeses the only ones I'm looking forward are the SB collection and The Shaolin Warriors,
I saw Ichi a couples days ago, not a bad movie but nothing can compare to the original Zatoichi.

Re: Quentin Tarantino’s top 20 films since 1992

Battle Royale is a great movie, but I wouldn't go that far to name it the top 1 movie, maybe on the top 15 IMO. DM2 is a way superior movie then the Blade and why he doesn't even mention Once Upon a Tme in China 2 is beyond me, and for the crime/drug category, why isn't neither of these three movies on his list (The Usual Suspect, Heat and Traffic), Shaun of the Dead and Team America should not be on nobody top 20, I mean don't get me wrong they fun to watch once or twice but that's about it and I rather watch Christian Bale's Equilibrium or Milla Jovovich's Ultraviolet before I watch the Matrix. Sorry Quentin but I disagree with at least 7 of the films on your list, IMO.

Re: REVIEW: Shaolin vs. Lama (1983)

Allow me to demostrate the skill of shaolin, the special technique of shodowboxing!...This movie is a classic, a must see for any old school kung
fu fan, this movie is in my classic movie bin collection, I gave 8 1/2 out of 10.

Re: First trailer for ‘Ninja Assassin’

The trailer doens't loot too bad, but it does not impress me at all, you just can cut someone on the face with a scythe and do little damage like that, his face should had been split in half, and the clip where Rain jump from a building you can clearly see that is all CGI, one of the reason why I'm looking forward to Scott Adkins's Ninja is because of the realism.
tikkiexx, A ninja movie is not a Ninja movie without the weapons, CGI them and it become an animation or a fantasy movie.
The Wachowski brothers should stay way from any MA form for their movies. If want to see some crazy ninja weapons I just watch my shinobi serie again. I'll wait for more footage before I make my decision but so far looks like rental to me.
