If memory serves, gandhi ate only fruits and nuts that had already fallen off trees/bushes - and I think he drank lotsa milk too, but that was a Hindu-ish thing, if I'm remembering correctly.

not usually a fan of alpha men, but his spoken word is pretty interesting. (he's gonna be at castaways at the end of march for only $15. might actually have to attend just so that i can say that i went, lol)

Speaking as a former/super-light social smoker, one of bigger hurdles of quitting is seeing the dang things everywhere and having to resist. What you don't see, you're less likely to crave.

Now they just need to start selling smaller packs or even individual cigarettes. Can't tell you how many times I've wanted just one - 'specially if I know I'm going to have a couple drinks - but had to buy 20. Can't seem to ever justify throwing out a pack of 18-19 cigarettes that I just bought for almost $10, so I usually end up keeping them and smoking them when I could really go with out.

I've heard this guy before... he was on a show I saw on BBC about Russian dating services (ie, mail-order "brides"). The guy was a fricken nut job and was barred from the dating service. If this isn't the actual audio from that show, he gave an almost identical spiel to one of the ladies they were profiling.

this is going to drive me nuts 'cause i can't find anything online about it. :P
