Mealworms are my chickens absolute favorite treat. They go nuts over them. My Easter Egger was very shy and would never come to me, but break out the mealworms and she is my best friend!

The pattern for both crochet projects are super simple. The bag will be the easiest since it is granny squares, single crochet, and a decorative picot edge on the strap. Super simple. Promise.

The owl shouldn't be too hard either!

I've been going strong for the last month and down about 7lbs, but my goal is 25 by the end of summer. Totally do-able for me, if I hold myself to it!

Oh now that is cool. If "I" had photoshop I would totally use this technique, but sadly... no. :( I have a ramshackle of a program that is not all cool like that.....

aw. that sucks big ones.

My hubs is the same way. He just bottles it all up inside until he finally explodes. He will just get all angry and mad but will still not want to talk about it.

I have found the best thing to do is just stand by and support him. I will let him know that i am here if he wants to listen and i am quick to give him hugs and extra signs of affection. He usually comes around, but it takes awhile.

i totally ran over a chick in walmart today. She was on one side of the isle with her buggy blocking the other side. I said excuse me 3 freaking times and then went to move her buggy. She got all pissy and I just pushed right on. She didn't need all her toes anyways so i was just doing her a favor.....

GOD! I hate having the weight discussion with the hubs. Just go ahead and shoot me. Seriously. Ya know that slimquick commercial where the man gets all skinny and then just the boobs shrink on the women(I actually posted it on my blog today) but yeah, that is my problem!

I will say, the husband actually has decided to start going to the gym with me. That is a nice change!

I have been so wrapped up in my own little world that I haven't been here in a while. I am so glad I stopped in today. I will keep you and Stellan and the rest of your family in my prayers for the next couple of weeks. Lets pray that this medication works and the ablation is avoided for a while!
