The drug does affect everyone, and not all of them are poor minorities, the rich are also capable of being involved in the drug war as well, do we need these people? Can we also set them aside and make them chase after scraps? A human life, no matter, how undesirable they may seem in other people's lives is important, so to say that the poor minorities should be discarded, just sparks another fire. Let him go into these so called Ghettos and evaluate the people there, most of these people can not get out, they have no other choice, yet they do not use drugs, in fact they look down upon those who do. "Again we would have to ask ourselves a lot of hard questions" why should these questions even exist? Why should all minorities be the bad guys? Maybe I'm not seeing clearly or maybe I'm bias but that's how I feel.
