Use water instead of milk. Blend it with 1/2 to 1 cup of *frozen* berries (strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries.) You could also add a little ice, but the frozen fruit usually makes it the right consistency. For an extra protein boost, add 1T natural peanut butter. Better for you than a straight fruit smoothie cuz the protein makes it stick with you longer.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You could also try soy milk in your latte; it doesn't suck as much as it sounds and it does provide some protein. The soy milk also used to cut the bitterness of SBUX former coffee pretty well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Not sure if you are a soda drinker; if you are, drop em! As the doctor in the program I went thru said, "sodas are liquid candy."&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As you know from me and my experiences, it's hard to do, but it can be done.
