Here we are at the end of the season....... we didn't win the division or even make the playoffs and still he has not been let go. After 45 years of watching this team ...... if they don't replace him I'm done. I'm not the only one who feels this way either. There are MANY of us and this is gotten out of hand. Sports people, people with something to lose if they upset Jerruh, keep saying the coach hasn't lost the team....blah..blah...blah.... but you watch the games and see the truth..... players avoid him on the sidelines.......players won't high five with him.... they have had enough of whatever he's trying to sell.... PLUS they have zero, no, none... zip..nada... fear of him. Time to do something different ...... 23 years of this is enough.

Why is this a 'bad joke'? Because you don't want to believe it even though the evidence for the last 10 years shows the roller coaster this team is constantly on? Until they hire a real HC this isn't going to work.

I've been watching this team for 40 years.....the problem with the fans of this team is that they want to believe so badly that they have a SB team that they will believe anything. THE major issue with this team is lack of real HC.....until that's resolved this team is going nowhere.

Because he's a typical Cowboys 'sheeple'.....still cannot understand why the team doesn't win every year..... Doesn't understand the basic concept of you can't have a pretend GM who hires a wanna be HC and expect results. By the count the clapper already wasted one really good team and is on route to waste his second but the 'GM' is the ONLY one who can't see that. SO keep telling the truth....we love our team but we are at least honest with ourselves.

Find yes.....develop......no. They've drafted like 100 TE's and have NEVER been able to 'develop' one of those high draft picks.....they love their project players but can't seem to develop any of them but then the puppet is there so what do you expect?

Been a Cowboys fan for over 40 years.....but lets face it...... the articles written about them in the last 20 years are all fantasy articles.....most fans cannot face the fact that as long as Jerry is there and as long as he keeps his puppet they aren't going anywhere so trying to sell stories about how 'lucky' they are to find people is laughable. Keep in mind that they didn't choose Romo, he chose them..... HE could have went to the Saints and I wish he had because he'd have a SB ring that he should have had....the Cowboys NEVER put a team around him and put the entire thing on his shoulders.....it's a joke how they run that 'team'....... SO until Jerry relents and admits to himself that his puppet isn't a HC then we'll be talking the same crap this time next year........
