For me the issue isn't so much that there's data missing, but that the maps are less usable. They load slower and aren't as nice looking as Google Maps. Simply less usable and they make me less likely to come to foursquare.com to look up / plan trips on the site.

I'm hoping eventually they realize that it was a mistake and switch back to Google Maps.

Also, I'm in NYC and just noticed there are no numbers on streets in my area. Avenues are covered, but no 30th, 31st, 32nd St, etc. These new maps are definitely a "de-provement"

This is disappointing. Reminds me of Bing maps which are nowhere near as nice as Google Maps. Google is the leader out there. Why switch away from them?

MOG Also uses 320kb/s streaming which Rdio does not. Rdio just says "CD" quality and in my tests, I have found that MOG generally sounds better in my headphones.

I love an open market and having choices and I'm a big fan of Android phones. I just think these Windows Mobile options are confusing and muddled. I like the simplicity and cleanliness of the Apple ecosystem.

I also jailbroke my phone... to make it better. I wish Apple offered custom SMS tones, for instance.

Yeah, there's too many devices here. I think that Apple has it right in releasing 1 device that is simple and clean.

Your healthcare works this way because there is not enough competition in the market. I agree that the system is broken, but the solution is not government-run healthcare. It is an open healthcare market between state lines. Competition drives down prices and drives UP quality. We see this in almost every other market niche in the U.S.

Not true. The Republicans want an open marketplace for health insurance with limited government interference. The rest of our economy is based on free-trade capitalism and it has worked very well. Why not expand this to the healthcare arena?

Project Retweet is the most important thing Twitter will have done in a long time. I believe the service is going to explode because "sharing" things that we like will actually be tracked through different levels of people. Tumblr has done this for a long time with "reblogging." It just hasn't hit the mainstream status Twitter has yet.
