from someone who just went through this at the begininning of this school year, all i can say is give it a go.

the worst your parents can say is no, right? but you may be pleasantly surpised. sometimes they end up being a lot more supportive than we think they will be ;). if you explain to them why you wanna do it, and how much it means to you, i'm sure they'd be on board. i mean, they just really want whats best. it's not like you never wanna go to school.

it sounds like such a great opportuniuty. i'd go for it. really. be ambitious. if that's what you want, than that's what's right!
