I purchased two copies of the game already, one as a gift. And I'll keep on doing that because the game is fantastic.

I'm devastated by this, almost to the point of crying.

Nujabes showed me, and millions of others, what music can really be; a force that can touch the very depths of the soul, and a power that can bring people together in harmony. I need not pray for his soul, even though I did not know him personally, because he has left this world better than when he found it, and for that I know he will rest in eternal peace.

Blink by Malcolm Gladwell is, as he describes, "the power of thinking without thinking." He explores the nature and riddle of our ability to make instantaneous decisions based on very short accounts of experience; something he calls "thin-slicing" and something that we do everyday on the unconscious level.

After reading Blink, I'm very convinced that thin-slicing is essential to becoming a better and successful person.

i think it's fascinating to others because it's something they might never get to experience. take you, for example... reading your tumblr, i envy that you get to be a t-shirt model, or even that you live in NY. how cool is that? you and i are just people but we're separated by oceans because of the difference in the things we do. had we met in real life, i'm sure we would have no problem becoming friends, and that distance makes your life fascinating to me, and vice versa.

If you're on the west coast, you're out of luck!

As for the movie itself, I would give it a solid 7.5 out of 10. The trailer revealed many of the funny parts in it, but I would recommend seeing this with some friends for a good laugh. If you haven't seen the trailer yet, don't watch it! You'll enjoy the movie more.
