Make sure the Drip areas are dry and clean. Remove the first inch of soil and replace. Pour ammonia or bleach down your kitchen and bathroom drains. Clean Trash cans and garbage disposal. Dry and clean is the only way.

Diatomaceous Earth is a very good product. Works as good if not bester than Boric Acid. The only Problem with dusts and powders are the unsightly mess they make.
