We do offer workflows that allow you to send to unopens after a period of time you specify—so we do offer it, just not in the one-off campaign area.

It's likely due to low US traffic or lower than needed. Ezoic is good, you'll get approved there if over 10k monthly.

First of all, no office suite installed by default = limited. Second, as mentioned in the above review the web browser is very limited, etc. I'm not going to rehash things that I've already said. If you disagree.. that's your right. You've said your piece and have had your outlet for your opinion. People can decide on their own what they agree with.

I disagree on your statement that there is "nothing limiting this OS". First of all, I'm not comparing Elementary to Windows or Mac as far as usability. I'm comparing it to other Linux distros and other distros make better choices when it comes to default apps. I HAVE numerous times been able to function completely using only what's installed by default on distros like Solus, MX Linux and others.

I'm glad to hear it's working well for you and appreciate you taking the time to comment and share your thoughts, however, as we can't all agree.

Fair enough. I did specifically outline in the review:

I almost feel like the Elementary team went a bit too far in being restrictive with the OS but at the same time, limiting things is something Apple has turned into a successful experience and given that Elementary seems to take inspiration from Apple; perhaps it's not a bad thing

so I tried to point out this as well but agree that there are certainly people who will enjoy it.

Well said. A very accurate statement indeed. I'm not against new products being developed, they seed creativity but I agree.. consistency would be the key to wider adoption.

Thanks for the comment. Love the platform man and wish I could have stayed on it but absolutely needs media file management and while I do understand the need for various support levels, most places offer 7 days a week / 24 hours support at most levels (even shared hosting). I'm not sure how you guys are doing with the Ghost for Journalism effort or whether it offers more functionality but if that ever opens up and is different, I'd love to try.

Rogers is 100% dropping the ball on this one. I spent 6 hrs talking to everyone from billing to tech support and not a single person had a clue what to do. I finally gave up and messaged RogersHelps on twitter and they actually have been able to resolve my problems. It’s like they put the incompetent people on the phones and the smart ones on social media.

Talk about a royal screwup on their part being so late to the game and totally unprepared.
