Lots of good points here. I especially like #5 and #6. Don't spread the peanut butter too thin! Brand relevant conversations take place all over the net, but community managers need to be focused on where the bulk of their audience is located. Internal support of community managers is key, lack of support for the cm basically means a lack of support for the community.

1) yeah the location is both good and bad in my opinion, but like I said, the views are stunning.

2) It's got to be the venue, I've heard of this happening at past events as well.
