i think you are making a mistake. in ios 6 when you install a new app you stay in the appstore and the install happens there. and the new tag is to only indicate this app is new on your device. and i think its cool.

please download crash reporter from cydia and then install iAZERTY from cydia and if it crashes again send a crash log via Crash Reporter app to me via pastebin.com. thank you

this is odd, but you can try first installing iKeyEx3 from cydia and then try to install iQZERTY. please let me know if you are able to download it.

you can use this and the keyboards provided by apple. but you cannot type Japanese & Chinese with this keyboard. but you can use it along side the keyboards already on the phone, like the Japanese, Chinese and so on.

You can Activate and Deactivate keyboards after installing this on the iphone by selecting the globe between the numbers and shift key to chose different kyboards.

also you can activate other keyboards by going to Settings app provided by apple and then select iKeyEx and the keyboards
