Tell me about it. I plan to hide my MP3 player when I go through customs in August.

My biggest beef is that the guard has the final say on what is infringement or not... How are they supposed to know if I bought my music or not?

Do they plan on retraining all of the guards, and if so, where does that retraining get funding, and what happens in the mean time until your cities guards get trained.

I really don't think that this will get far off the ground due to the cost involved in training the guards and hiring new guards to deal with the longer lines.

In a way I agree, you should always read what you are signing, and if you can't understand the legalese, then don't sign it and have an attorney explain what it says.

On the other hand, stories like these piss me off because, like you said, Wal-Mart (or any other huge corporation) doesn't need the money, and trying to take it back makes them look like heartless b@st@rds.

@Angerboy- The mayor of NYC has also mentioned that he has pre-planned a parade. They have to be preplanned so that they are able to have the parade on Monday or Tuesday morning.

@Stephanie- I really don\'t think that Eli will play like he has the past few games.

@Joe- I will be very surprised if the Giants are able to put up that many points.

@Roy- I CARE!

@Mindy- Eli is due for a meltdown, and I expect it will be tomorrow afternoon. Also, with Plaxico not practicing all week (he did participate in the walk-through today), I think his impact will be minimal. Sweating or not, Tommy Boy (& Co.) was able to pull it out.

The Bills D will need to have a spectacular day in order for their offense to keep up with the Browns, who can put up points by the truckload, though I would love to see the Bills pull an upset... they are this years Saints.
