We are in the same situation and to be fair, sending over chess coordinates is a lot easier than syncing 2 boards with stickies that can be moved, edited, removed, dots added, ...

Re: Juggling Between To-Do List Tools

I'm in the same boat ... juggling productivity apps is one of the most unproductive things in my workflow ever! I've been using a ton of them: Trello, Asana, Wunderlist, FireTask, Evernote, AndDo, Things, ... I've used them all, heck in the days when GTD was hot I was even using a moleskin as taskmanager (go figure). But the one i'm using now is sticking for one reason or another ... I've switched to Todoist a couple of months ago and it just works.

Re: PHPBenelux usergroup meeting November 2013

Het was een leuke meetup, veel oude bekenden gezien en nieuwe mensen leren kennen! If you dare to listen to them with this point of view you might actually not hate them so much but see they are pretty skilled in what they do: making the link between mainstream pop and metal.

Re: Sony announces PlayStation 4 with 8-core x86 processor, 8GB GDDR5 memory and DualShock 4 controller

And that's where Valve comes in with their hardware ... if they can pull it off we have a open console-like platform with all the flexibility of PC mods, F2P, etc ... that PC currently offers in a console form factor.

I see great things happening in the future :-)

Re: A fresh new Dropbox on the web

That only depends on what you use it for, box is better if you take the business plan, cloudapp is better if you just want quick sharing and droplr is an excellent cloudapp clone.

So I doubt it's really too little too late, dropbox is still very relevant imo, even though I doubt a lot of people actually use the web-interface a lot, the real power in dropbox lies in the seamless sync across devices, that's where imo it's still unrivaled.

Unless they haven't A/B tested it which is a shame and surprising :)

Re: Google Unveils Hotpot, a Recommendation Engine for Places

What strikes me the most is it really is a joy to use, has local places and actually is useful and not some early release labs toy ... good job Google!

Re: http://disqus.com/preview/

yay!

Re: Griep

Ai, sterkte, we hebben het hier ook allemaal gehad, ikke, de vrienden en zoontje.
