The Masked Marauders Rolling Stone Spoof record is probably my favorite "collaboration". I love the spirit in which it was made. It was Rolling Stone's "Onion-esque" story that launched it. I'm happy to have a copy on my shelf. "lead vocal by Dylan, on which he does a superb imitation of early Donovan"

I'd absolutely love to have this Kelly set!

I think its referring to churches who do a good job of keeping people invested by creating a culture that expects members to contribute to the tribe instead of merely attending.

From the second list: "These churches do less better." - This is key. It comes with the realization that one church can't reach an entire city. (Pride makes that hard to admit)
In a similar vein, I would add that healthy churches are self-aware & really understand their own identity; not only internally but also how they're perceived externally. This is essentially step one in identifying what your church does well so that your church can "do less better" as Mr Rainer mentions.

The Quarter Turn. One of the best things about grilling is the food presentation. Perfect grill marks come from the quarter turn. Don't settle for boring grill marks. Go multi-directional with the grill marks for presenation's sake!

During your SoSlam talk, I realized the hair product I was wearing came from Klout. They sent me a free sample of AXE spiking glue a while back. I liked it and bought a bottle when the sample ran out.

Social Slam 2012 was great and IS great for Knoxville. I heard some fantastic feedback about the conference and our city from people who traveled to get there.

Not just you. It's most Knoxville areas and surrounding. 3G is in and out. No 4G. I've turned LTE off and gone with CDMA only mode and that helped.

Man, what a great post. I think this series of comments in itself proves that the line between life online and offline is fading. Anyone that denies this and STILL joins this conversation, should reevaluate their statements. The online church is not going to reach everyone. It's not intended to, but it will reach some. Some will call it community. If they do call it community, then it's community. That fact is not contingent upon us to validate.

Side note: I can't wait to answer the question: "What denomination are you?", with "Safari".

Wow...that looks amazing. I don't know who was behind it, but they did a great job. Oh, and to all future naysayers of excellent stage design, I ask this question: Is God using Buckhead Church to change lives? If the answer is "yes", move on.
