The best advice I can give you....don't settle.
I looked for MONTHS until we got ours...made two other offers before that, and 'fired' one realtor. Remember they work for YOU. If they suck, then get a new one.
But if you don't LOVE the house...then walk away. There are SO MANY right now. We even made and offer on one, realized it had "issues" and dropped it. I'm so glad we did.

I love my new home. And we got it for less than 1/2 of what it was originally built for. Serious. It's only 4 years old... Now is the best time to buy, but don't rush it. Trust me, when you find it you will know. (and I thought that 3 times before I found mine...haha)
