The only difference between your method and GitFlow is that you rebase your feature branches instead of creating a merge commit when integrating to the master branch, and that you don't have a special (master in GitFlow) branch where release commits are put. Using GitLab CI/CD, you can automate many GitFlow tasks, like integrating back to the development branch. Also, you can rebase your merge request instead or creating a new merge commit in the development branch, if it's so confusing to have feature branches popping up everywhere. The advantage of having a merge commit, is that you can have the individual changes in the branch, and the overall changes in the merge commit, a thing you don't have when you rebase/squash. The advantage of having a master branch for the releases, is that you can have stable branch that has the incremental changes of what's deployed.

Rebasing the feature/release/hotfix branches then integrating your changes to them is a good idea thou.

- Hillary is a Warmonger corporate puppet.
- She defended a rapist and then laughed about the situation.
- She was a Republican.
- She was against same-sex marriage until 2013, when it became popular.
- She help hide her husband's sex scandals.
- She voted for the Iraq war and endorsed it in exchange for 20 billion dollars from his friend George W. Bush to "repair New York" after 9/11. Let's remember that George W. Bush did not take previous terrorist warnings seriously and that allowed 9/11 to occur.
- Having learned from that mistake, she did it again in Libya.
- She received money from countries like Saudi Arabia in exchange for weapons deals. Those weapons are currently being used against Yemen in an indiscriminate way. And let's remember who did 9/11 (the Saudis).
- She voted for a disastrous bankruptcy bill that keeps many people in perpetual debt.
- She supports Wall Street deregulation. She does not want to restore Glass Steagall, which would have prevented the 2008 crash.
- Her position on gun control is irrational. She wants to make legal gun sellers accountable for what their clients do with legally purchased guns.
- She supports disastrous trade agreements like NAFTA, TPP, Panama, etc.
- She supported mass incarceration, and received money from the private prison industry.
- She does not want marihuana to be legalized.
- She participated in regime changes Central America.
- Wall Street gave Hillary a total of 153 million dollars in paid speeches.
- She, her Super PACs and her foundation received money from Big Oil, Private Prison, Big Pharma, the Military Industrial Complex , Monsanto, Wall Street, dictatorships, etc.
- She wanted war with Iran, but Obama instead made a deal she now supposedly supports.

The thing is, the War on Drugs and NAFTA is killing both Mexican and USA economies. The War on Drugs fills Mexico with cartels that end up corrupting the whole nation. End the War on Drugs and you'll see how fast things change. It already has: cartels are loosing a lot of money because marijuana is now legal in most states. Marijuana also was linked to decrease in use of other drugs. Less cartels, less Mexican corruption, better Mexico, more jobs, more stability, less criminals, etc. Latin-american countries where historically very corrupt, buy they can't get out of the corruption since the cartels have taken the government. It's happening right now in my country. If you decriminalize all drugs, and stop forcing other countries to be part off the failed War on Drugs, a wave of decriminalization will surge that will completely eliminate these cartels. With them out of the picture, governments will have more room for improvement. You'll also see a sharp decrease in the number of people willing to enter your country illegally.
Another ones buying governments are corporations. Secret free trade agreements with clauses that benefit corporations in spite of governments and people are also very detrimental. Corporations must be held in check or else they become cartels themselves filling weak countries with corruption.
