Not "kick", which you might do if you eat too much KFC, but "click".

Well, it's an ad to donate for breast cancer (the ad is pink), but it's STILL KFC. I thought it was funny.

Re: secrets aren't for keeping

OK, count me in! Right now my activity level involves taking care of 3 kids and the basic house cleaning. We do try to eat healthy, although as the weather warms, we eat more junk just for convenience; not good, I know. Anything to help increase my level of activity would be good. I remember teaching Eph 6:1-3 to my kids in a song we made up. Now I'm realizing that I ALSO should have been teaching them Luke 10:27 (in context here, verses 26-28):
26 Jesus replied, “What does the law of Moses say? How do you read it?”
27 The man answered, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength, and all your mind.’ And, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”[c]
28 “Right!” Jesus told him. “Do this and you will live!”

Yep. Danny Silk has it right on in Loving Our Kids on Purpose. I highly recommend it. But you are doing so well teaching Ephesians, too. (Not that you needed to hear that from me. Sometimes it's just nice to share encouragement - one believing mom to another.)

mychildsview.blogspot.com

Re: Not Me! I'd sure like to have that, but the skillet would be great, too. Much better than the toxic coated pans that peel and does who knows what to those who eat the food cooked in them. We gave up our years ago - all except one, that is. Our healthy choices include useing glass bakeware and stainless steel cookware (for the most part) and trying to stay away from HFCS, which is harder than one might think.
