Nah. The others are fine. There might be a few mistakes I didn't catch, but it'll be alright because they're probably mistakes that native speakers even make sometimes.
Btw, I HATE YOUU. I've been wanting the Softbank 707sc for like... FOREVER. t__t

you have a couple of minor mistakes. when you're introducing yourself on the internet, try to introduce yourself formally. Like:
안녕하세요. 내 이름은 이재닌입니다. 전 16살이고, 필리핀 사람이에요. 그런데 나는 노그웨이에서 살아요. 반가워요!
that sounds more polite to a native korean speaker. i hope i helped =D

your photoblog is so cute! ahh how do you turn everything so cute? oh btw, i'd love to help you with your korean. i read your intro thing in the front, and there are a couple of mistakes, but it's nothing big. it's actually really good for someone who doesn't speak the language at all.
