Did this Geracie clown not watch the same NBA finals I watched? The NBA is a disgrace. The finals ended up looking more like Roller Derby or World Wide Wrestling. At this point, I have
been continuing to short IWM bounces based on my work showing a shift in the RUT
from a trading market to a trending down market. Yesterday’s SPX price expansion down may have given us some
indication that it’s about to follow to a trending down market. If my memory serves me well, real
corrections begin to feel real when bounces/rallies are sold into with vigor. In that case, the bulls get demoralized and
volume selling begins followed by extremes in bearish sentiment. We are not there yet, IMHO. Let’s see what happens. Best of luck.

Re:

A close below 105.76 would give a bearish engulfing look which is quite remarkable given yesterday's price expansion up. This bearish engulfing could portend a quick slide to 100. Volatility is ruling the day.

Re:

On a close below 108, I look for a possible support bounce at 106.50-106.75 area. On this retracement, price objective is 100.76-100 is my guess. DDD will be retesting the Apr low area of 43.45 before it gets back up 64.30 area.....real weakness shown on Weds loss of 50 SMA, with very convincing and telling down volume. Be interesting to see if it closes below. I do expect it to retest February's 1083 area sooner than later, fwiw. The chart shows $RUT is at risk of losing LT support. Lot's of profits on the table since 10/11. Should support be lost, I would suspect some fast and furious technical selling. But, if it isn't sustained selling, it could be a head fake and a decent ST/IT buying opportunity. My $0.02 only. Good luck everyone.

Re:

Sellers may be selling this on strength. Price is getting back into the Apr 10 benchmark down day, but on lighter volume than April 10. I'd be surprised if she exceeds 54.88 or the declining 50 day MA. I would not be surprised to see it falter between here and there and turn back down again with some ferocity.
