I do not have a subtitle for the book. The full title is Public Speaking - Talk Sense, Talk with Confidence.

These book titles are all interesting. My book titile is - Public Speaking : Talk Sense, Talk with Confidence. My title was a bit more direct and not so much with a twist. Do you think it will still be effective?

I typed my whole book out in Word and then i had to do the typeset. I thought that type setting was easy and I bought this amazing program on the internet that you merge with word and it does everything for you. It looks professional and created all the headers and chapters for me. One thing is that it takes a lot of time to do it yourself. This is a good and cheap way to do it yourself. I must admit that Type setting is not an easy exercise - would recommend to use a professional.

PS: When I told the printing company that I typed my book in Word they told me that they experienced heaps of problems to print a book that is in Word format. Dale I agree with you, let the professionals do it to give your book a professional look and feel.

I totally agree with you that you have to look beyond book stores - it is not just the initial sale, but possibilities of being invited to speak at a organisation. My first book is currently at the printing company and I'm so ecited that I cannot contain myself - will send you a copy.

Good interview. Great insights being shared. I am sending my book to the printers on Monday and I thought to print 1000 book on the first print run BUT not anymore. I am going to print 100 books, and check out all the details of the book and then go for the discount bulk order - you saved me another truck load of money. Keep the series going and maybe one day I can sit on the blue coach :)

Good video. I'm in the proscess to organise my book print and chose to have a 80 gsm page print and 300 gsm cover print. I am going to phone my printer again and ask about the cream 70 grams paper print. I had a lot of quotes for offset printing and it is by far more expensive than digital printing. Thanks for sharing.

I'm about to send my book to the printers. I included two RRP on my back cover. One is in AUD $ because I'm in Sydney and the other RRP is in US $ for international sales. I would love to hear your thoughts on this of the advantages and disadvantages.
