I tried just wearing baggy jeans as long as I could- but why not spend the $30 at Target for a fitting pair to make myself feel cute?!

I love facials! I just got one this past weekend. Perhaps look up reviews on yelp.com to see which spas in town are recommended. Look for a treatment that exfoliates (which i think most do) and probably hydrate. No need for anything too intrusive for your first facial. Also, don't get a facial right before a night out or a date in case you get some redness (I've never had redness but if you have super sensitive skin you may). What city are you in? I have some recommendations if you're around Los Angeles.

Hi Tracy. I came to post the same comments as the other 2 ladies - keep snacks that you love and know are healthy near your desk. For me- I LOVE apples and peanut butter, yogurt with granolla, special k waffles toasted with sugar free jam, bananas! Maybe keep some skinnie cow ice cream sandwiches (YUM!!) stashed in a freezer. Yogurt and ice cream always gets the best of me. Just keep your goals in mind. When you see those donuts think of how many more sit-ups you're going to have to do that night if you eat it. good luck!
