I already use TriggerTrap for long exposures so with another I could get 2 bodies going at once.

Living in East Asia, spring comes a little earlier for me. Spring means a number of traditional Chinese festivals, the annual Chinese street opera performances, and the beginning again of landscape photo season with the algal reefs on the north coast beginning to appear.

I've had success using a mixture of Curves, Hue/Saturation and Color Lookup layers.

I just checked through my email account, FB messages, G+ and Flickr mail, and got no notification at all about how, where or when to submit. I knew from pre-photowalk that it would take place after the walkers contest but that's all. As we had a typhoon come through the day of the Photowalk that killed our event, none of my photos would have had a chance of winning but it still would have been nice to enter. :) Next year, would it be possible to have an announcement here on the blog? Or at least an announcement telling us that emails have been sent so that if we don't receive one, we can chase it up? :)

Good luck with your changing course. I'm in the process of doing something similar, and coincidentally just joined Photocrati last week after many years with another WP theme. I haven't gone live yet with it but it's looking great on my test site and is a dream to use.

That's where the labour-intensive work comes in. When I import the photos to Lightroom where they exist in a database system, I go through and add location information to them, as well as captions and keywords.
