Thank you. Perry would absolutely make an amazing VP (although we would benefit more with him as POTUS). That being said, Trump would never consider him (and if we're fortunate, Trump never gets the nomination) because of the beef between them. Cruz cant choose him as VP, strategically, because with both being from Texas, they'd have to give up half their electoral votes in the general. That leaves Rubio. It would be a dream pairing for the right, actually. Rubio is calm, likable, young, attractive, and comes off as a Republican JFK. He may not be ultra Conservative, but he IS a Conservative who could appeal to the more centrist-to-establishment Republican voters. Perry is a Conservative icon. He is tried, seasoned, and is the closest candidate to Reagan, ideologically, that we've seen since the great Ronaldus Maximus left office. Even Reagan's son, Michael, has said as much.
We could literally have a JFK/Reagan pairing and sweep the election.

I'm dying. Channeling his inner Ron Burgundy, indeed. Liberty University is my school. I'm at a loss as to why he would even be invited to speak at their convocation, other than the fact that they try to get a wide variety of speakers. They even had Bernie Sanders there. This, however, was too much. I've laughed until I'm snotty and my sides ache. Somebody please tell me this joke will end soon.

Thank you. I'm disgusted with how so-called 'conservative media' have rolled over so easily for ratings.
I guess a good rule of thumb is to consider any talk radio and any TV news as 'entertainment,' with bits of news blended in. Levin, Limbaugh, and Hannity have acted as Trump's propaganda wing. When ratings are more important than principle, they are no longer trustworthy.

They may not be Trump supporters, but for months they could talk of nothing else, and rather than sound the alarm against allowing such a cancer to grow in our party, they promoted him, shamelessly. Now they're decrying his actions, which are no different than what he's done from the very opening of his campaign. They're trying to close the proverbial barn door after that jackass has already bolted across the field. They helped make him.

SINCE the birther nonsense, but he's been more than willing to prop Trump up and get him to this point where he is empowered to be the engine for the 'birther nonsense.' Levin owns this, so his weak objections now come off as disingenuous, at best.

I dont listen, anymore. I used to totally buy that they were 'true' voices for the conservative movement. For months I listened to nauseating promotion of the cancer known as Trump, to the point that I stopped. Whatever they may or may not be doing now to try and correct their previous promotion, it's too little, too late. They helped make him by not pointing out the glaringly obvious problems of a leftist reality TV joker running as a GOP candidate, especially in light of the fact that there's nothing conservative in either his positions or behavior. I reiterate: They made him.

Beck is the only one who hasnt gushed like a 14 year old with a schoolgirl crush. I dont solely blame [alleged] conservative radio for the rise of Trump, but when they fail to adequately cover all the candidates with the same intensity and become the personal PR team for one, specific candidate, especially knowing the audience they have, then they are not without blame. They pushed Trump as a phenom, rather than the cancer and embarrassment that he rightly is.

I listened to him gush over Trump months ago, as Trump dismantled the chances of the GOP to win back the WH, bit by bit. I turned him off. His 4th quarter turn back to sanity comes off as shallow and self-serving, at this point. I wont listen to him, Rush, Hannity, or any of the others again. I'm done.
