This won't work for any modern browser. Only IE7 or lower will show up using this. LinkedIn sets a "X-Frame-Options: sameorigin" header, which prevents the site from being iframed by non-LinkedIn.com domains. All major browsers have supported this for years now.

A like-gated competition or sweepstakes would seem to be valid under this, but not like-gated static content.

Customer data was absolutely leaked between accounts. You can argue that it was non-sensitive data (possible, but I find it hard to believe that *no* API user ever forgot/didn't know about the flag on something important), but the Github thread *clearly* shows someone seeing another users's files and webserver logs.

Apple doesn't list every specific rule, probably because they'd get bogged down by everyone playing armchair lawyer. They paint with a fairly wide brush and let the review process handle the details.
