Pour moi, le comité de direction de l'entreprise est l'organe principal qui peut légitimement et de manière crédible pousser des sujets de Thought Leadership via les réseaux sociaux. Les acheteurs n'achètent plus seulement une marque, mais également les valeurs qu'elle véhicule (à travers ses collaborateurs) et la vision du marché qu'elle propose. Les bénéfices de l'employee advocacy sont généralement visibles assez rapidement, notamment en terme d'engagement sur les contenus EGC (Employee Generated Content) versus les contenus marketing ou corporate (de l'ordre de 3 ou 4 fois de ma propre experience).
